I am running out of patience to meet you all to introduce “Mr. Paresh Jaiswal”, my younger brother. He is such a generous, ambitious, and hardworking person. I can’t hold back my excitement over something that’s going to change our lives. As everyone else was, he was also dreaming of his own dreams to fulfill.

He pursued his graduation in B.Sc. Physics, Statistics, and Math from Nagpur University. He always wanted a hostel life. Because of some personal reasons, he didn’t choose engineering and always thought that he could find a way to fix the problems to complete his dream. He began to think about the engineering college, which also provides the opportunity to do an M.Sc. When he jumped into his second year, he became aware of the IIT-JAM exam, which is providing the opportunity to do an M.Sc. from NITs and IITs. But no one was there to guide him about the resources in which he has to walk. He faced a lot of scorn in his dream succession. But he never gave up. He started to find the resources and guidelines in his own way. There I saw the first word, “DREAM”.

He cleared the IIT-JAM in 2017. But unfortunately, he didn’t get the college that he wanted. The whole family suggested taking admission in colleges based in Nagpur. He was so brave to make decisions, and he believed in his own universe. He took another drop and again started to prepare for the exam. It was not a normal thing to drop out after graduation to pursue an M.Sc. then. But he meant that. He didn’t move on from his decision. He was sure that he wanted to join NIT or IIT; otherwise, he could have dropped the further studies. Here comes the word “BELIEVE”. He believed in himself.

In 2018, he again cleared the entrance, and his universes blessed him; he was selected for the M.S. in Mathematics and Scientific Computing course at NIT Warangal. After M.Sc., he got a placement in a PSU (ITI Limited, the first PSU of India). After 2 years of experience from there, he switched to data science, and currently he is working as a data analyst at Lipton Teas and Infusion (the tea division of Unilever). He gave me the third word here, “ACHIEVE”.

So now I am thinking about starting a new venture, a Career Guidance Centre. That is DBA (Dream, Believe & Achieve). “Dream your Career, Believe in yourself, and Achieve your Goals”. I watched all the hard work and adversities he faced as he struggled to make his dream come true. That’s my inspiration to put forward this idea of a career guidance centre to help and guide all the students with their dreams.
